The session fee covers 1-2 hours of the time & talents of the photographer, plus the editing, proofing, and processing of each image, and an online gallery set -up. The online gallery at amycoonphotography.com will have minimum 20-30 of the best post edited photos to choose your package and ala carte products from. Your online gallery will be set up for 2 weeks after edits are done and you are notified they are up. This is so grandma, grandpa, aunts, uncles, friends, and anyone anywhere in the world can log on and order for themselves to be directly shipped to them. *Session fee is due in full at time of booking to reserve your session and safeguard Amy's time and logistics efforts (ie childcare, other client's schedules), you will be sent an online invoice via paypal, to be paid immediately, after we set your time and date and when that is paid, your session date and time is secured and official. There are no refunds on this fee. However, we do know things happen and will work with you if a reschedule is absolutely needed.

*No minimum orders are required however, we strongly suggest calculating the value our vendors give us for our packaged orders, they are amazing and the most cost effective. Vendors do reserve the right to change their specials at anytime and our pricing will change at anytime as follows.
*Amy also offers the ability to produce session albums and mailable Cards/announcements. This is a custom and exclusive service that needs to be produced with Amy. Please inquire with her about this product and process. Albums and cards May ONLY be purchased in conjunction with one of our packages below however, corresponding coupon codes may be used on these as well.
*Amy loves facebook and social media, so never fear, low resolution sneak peaks and favorites will be watermarked with our logo and tagged for you to use and share as you wish within your social media community.
*digital files are available within packages and with parameters. This is due to the inability of Amy to control the quality of the final piece her artwork is put on and used for. Your final photos are such a special reflection of Amy as an artist please understand her desire to control their quality and make them all amazing for you.
*Lastly, home decor a passion of mine, because of that, all of my prints match the frame sizes available at Hobby Lobby. I have done this as I feel they have the best selection readily available and almost monthly run a half off sale for purchase.
